IMPORTANT MESSAGE

Dear Patients,
We are pleased to announce that we have re-opened as of Wednesday, May 20th! We are practicing safe protocols to ensure the office is well sanitized and we will be spreading out the appointments to limit the number of people in the office at all times.
Here’s a summary of some of the changes you can expect when you visit:

PATIENT SAFETY
- When booking an appointment, you will be sent an email via our JANE booking program, which will ask you to complete a COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire prior to your appointment. If you cannot complete this self-assessment from the email, you will be asked to complete a hardcopy of the screening assessment when you arrive at the clinic.
- During our day-before-appointment reminder call, our staff will ask if you are feeling unwell with any cold or flu-like symptoms. If you are feeling unwell, your appointment will be rescheduled.
- Please plan your arrival at the clinic at your scheduled appointment time only to avoid heavy traffic in the waiting areas. If you arrive early, please wait in your vehicle or outside.
- We will be booking appointments with a 15 minute gap between patients to eliminate patient contact with each other and to perform cleaning.
- We ask that patients do not bring family members or other visitors with them to avoid increasing the amount of people in the clinic at a given time. Exceptions include if the patient is a minor and needs to be accompanied by a guardian, or is an individual with mobility restrictions and requires assistance.
- Hand sanitization and/or hand washing upon entry to the clinic
- Each visitor will be required to wear a face mask in order to receive treatment.
- Areas that patients must come into contact with will be consistently sanitized by clinic staff (POS machines, treatment tables, restroom, etc.)
- Doors will be kept open where possible to avoid the touching of door handles and to increase air flow.
- We encourage contactless payment (via JANE PAYMENTS or tap). Receipts will be emailed if preferred.
STAFF PROTOCOLS
- Hand sanitization and/or hand washing upon entry to the clinic and after completion of each treatment session
- Practitioners will be required to wear a face mask and other PPE as appropriate for each treatment.
- Each appointment will have additional time at the end of the session for the practitioner to disinfect the treatment area.
- Treatment start times will be staggered to avoid congregation in the waiting room.
- Staff will remain behind a sneeze guard screen at the front desk at all times while patients are in the waiting area to allow for appropriate physical distancing in the office.
- Staff will also be maintaining physical distancing measures among themselves in the dedicated staff areas to adhere to safety recommendations.
- Staff will be adhering to stringent hand sanitization and/or hand washing throughout their work day.
